Fluidity Connection Level II will build upon your Level I practice and take your flexibility, strength and overall well-being to the next step! This DVD will incorporate the same postures as Level 1, however, the student will be introduced to the full expression of the postures and will hold in specific postures longer.
Featuring Parelli Professional and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor Theresa Zenner, this program emphasizes posture, balance, flexibility and strength as it applies to horsemanship. You will achieve lighter communication, a calmer demeanor, and a higher level of emotional and physical fitness.
Featuring a full 35-minute yoga practice, an instructional chapter with Theresa leading a student through specific positions, and an instructional booklet, this DVD will take what you learned from Level 1 and continue to improve it.
